Odontogenic keratocyst - maxilla

There is a large lobulated expansile unilocular cystic lesion in the left maxilla measuring (5 x 4.6 x 3.8 cm), expanding into the ipsilateral maxillary sinus with scalloped well-corticated borders and homogeneous density of the cystic content.
Retention cyst of the left maxillary sinus is noted.
