Odontogenic sinusitis

Bilateral periapical lucencies around the roots of the carious 1st & 2nd molar teeth on both sides (larger on the left side) in keeping with periapical radicular cysts, with adjacent subtle bony erosive changes.
Bilateral mucosal thickening of both maxillary antra resulted from the adjacent inflammation.
Mucosal thickening of both ethmoid complexes and the left side of the frontal sinus, impressive of sinusitis.
Case Discussion
Odontogenic sinusitis is the inflammation of the sinus adjacent to odontogenic infection.
