Chronic multilevel disc degenerative change of the midcervical spine. The craniocervical junction is abnormal.
Case Discussion
The patient has a displaced odontoid fracture, presumably related to a single trauma incident 9 years before. Note the displacement of the anterior and posterior spinal lines. Patient made an uneventful recovery from internal fixation, the neck pain nevertheless persisted.
