There is marked dilatation of the esophagus with a bird beak appearance at the gastroesophageal junction.
There was evidence of aspiration as well during the exam evident by linear contrast opacifying the trachea.

However, strange for the patient's age, the imaging features are typical for esophageal achalasia.
