Esophageal atresia with tracheo-esophageal fistula

Lucency in the midline of the lower neck / thoracic inlet consistent with dilated upper esophagus. This contains a looped tube representing a failed attempt at passing a nasoenteric tube. There is gas within the bowel with the stomach being particularly distended.
Findings are those of esophageal atresia with distal tracheo-esophageal fistula.
