PH Ivor-Lewis oesophagectomy for carcinoma. Now haemoptysis

Age: 60
Gender: Male

Findings typical of Ivor-Lewis resection with an intra-thoracic stomach.  Soft tissue thickening around the anatomosis (delineated with surgical clips) with a small mass in the posterior right main bronchus.
