Pathology-proven esophageal duplication cyst. Imaging findings are demonstrated on multiple modalities. Esophageal duplication cysts can be adjacent to or within the wall. They can contain ectopic gastric mucosa, which can result in hemorrhage (possibly accounting for fluid-fluid level in this case).
