Case Discussion
Multiple small pseudodiverticula around the midoesophagus, proximal to a peptic stricture, consistent with oesophageal intramural pseudodiverticulosis.
In addition to strictures, oesophageal pseudodiverticula are associated with oesophageal candidiasis and oesophageal carcinoma.
The pseudodiverticula cannot be seen on endoscopy.
