SmilunarSemilunar smooth filling defect is present at junction of mid & distal oesophagous, most likely consistent with a submucosal mass.

There is a smoothly marginated oval shaped soft-tissue mass, which arises from right wall of lower oesophagus, displaces the oesophagus, and narrows itsthe lumen without sign of invasion. Punctate calcifications are noted within the mass. No lymphadenopathy.
