Severe dysphagia

Patient Data

Age: 50

Ct shows a concentric  mass in the proximal esophagus, extending from the hypopharynx 8 cm in the craniocaudal axis.  Some small high paratracheal lymphadenopathy associated.

This case shows a esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (biopsy confirmed)
