Esophageal strictures secondary to surgical correction of esophageal atresia
History of oesophageal atresia, operated upon. Shortly after weaning started, vomiting of solid food began. No significant obstruction to fluids.

A focal strictures is noted in the upper esophagus at D2/D3 level. A similar stricture is noted at the gastroesophageal junction with dilatation of the esophageal segment inbetween.
