Esophageal temperature probe extends down the right main bronchus into the right lower lobe. Unchanged position of the tracheostomy and nasogastric tubes. The right subclavian central line tip is projected over the lower SVC.
Left lower lobe collapse with small left pleural effusion. The right lung is clear. Mediastinal contours are unchanged.
Case Discussion
The tip of the probe should be in the mid to upper esophagus.
