Presentation

Twelve months dysphagia, worse over past three months.

Age: 75
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Circumferential oesophageal web at the level of the thoracic inlet without hold-up of contrast or significant luminal narrowing. 

Case Discussion

Oesophageal webs are typically asymptomatic. In this case the patient also has oesophageal dysmotility.
