A well defined oval shaped fat density lesion is noted at the upper outer quadrant of the left breast, inferring an oil cyst.
There are also several benign calcified foci scattered at the left breast.
Case Discussion
An oil cyst refers to a benign breast lesion (BI-RADS 2) where an area of focal fat necrosis becomes walled off by fibrous tissue.
