O'Kelly-Marotta scale for aneurysms treated with flow diversion

Case contributed by Dr Adam A Dmytriw

The O'Kelly-Marotta (OKM) grading scale is a proposed method of assessing the degree of angiographic filling and contrast stasis, which takes into account the dynamic nature of the contrast stasis.

The diagram is by Dr. Tom Marotta from a publication in Interventional Neuroradiology 1. It has been reproduced here at his request and with the explicit permission from Sage Publishing.
