Old unreduced anterior dislocation of the glenohumeral joint with fracture of the greater tuberosity and the anteroinferior glenoid rim. Subcoracoid position of the humeral head. Minimal involvement of the humeral articular surface (< 25 %). Pronounced callus formation along the proximal humeral shaft and the humeral head and in the area of the glenoid.
Case Discussion
Traumatic anterior shoulder dislocation following a fall onto the left shoulder under the influence of alcohol. Bony Bankart Lesion and fracture of the greater tuberosity.
