Targeted ultrasound to the posterior left elbow shows a complex fluid collection within the left olecranon bursa.
Case Discussion
Complex fluid collection equals 6.0 x 5.9cm seen within the left olecranon bursa, highly suggestive of bursitis. No associated hyperemia. No loose bodies seen.
