Fracture through the olecranon just adjacent to the ossification center. Minor displacement.
Case Discussion
Fractures of the olecranon are common in children, and commonly overlooked. If there is another elbow fracture, 30% of children will have an olecranon fracture too.
In this case, the fracture is adjacent to the ossification center and if you're not used to looking at this type of film, could be overlooked.
