Displaced olecranon fracture extending to the articular surface. Radial head appears enlocated.
Case Discussion
It is easiest to diagnose an olecranon fracture on lateral projections. Always check for commonly associated injuries (which are absent in this case) such as radial head dislocation, coronoid process or distal humerus fractures.
