Olfactory groove meningioma

Large extra-axial enhancing mass is noted in anterior cranial fossa (olfactory groove) with surrounding edema, which is compatible with meningioma.

Meningiomas are located anywhere that meninges are found, and 10% of them are seen in olfactory groove/planum sphenoidale.
