Gender: Male

Large extra-axial enhancing mass is noted in anterior cranial fossa (olfactory groove) with surrounding edema, which is compatible with meningioma

Case Discussion

Meningiomas are located anywhere that meninges are found, and 10% of them are seen in olfactory groove/planum sphenoidale.
