Brain CT without and with contrast, shows an extra-axial mass localized in central anterior fossa with marked enhancement.

mri

Brain MRI without and with contrast, confirms the extra-axial mass localized in olfactory groove with a dural tail visible on T1 C+ sequence.

Case Discussion

Olfactory groove meningiomas comprise 4-10% of intracranial meningiomas. Generally, they present with significant mass effect due to great size they reach before diagnosis.

This case presented to hospital with progressive headache and subsequently underwent surgical resection.
