Olfactory groove meningioma

A large, well defined, extra-axial, dural-based mass lesion in the anterior- inferior aspect of frontal lobes in the midline just above the cribriform plate (olfactory groove).
The lesion appears isointense to gray matter on T1WI and T2WI with homogenous avid post contrast enhancement. Significant perilesional edema is noted. No dropout signal to suggest calcification.
No adjacent infiltrative changes
Case Discussion
The MR features are almost certain for an olfactory groove meningioma.
