Presentation

Headache, neck pain and altered sensation in both upper limbs

Patient Data

Age: 29
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

This MRI brain demonstrates a right frontal lobe lesion which is T1 hypo-intense and T2 hyper-intense. It is mildly enhanced with contrast. Also noted midline shift to the left.

Case Discussion

Patient underwent right frontal craniotomy and debulking of right frontal tumor. Histology showed Oligodendroglioma Grade 2
