Focal area of increased echogenicity in the omental fat at subhepatic region of right upper quadrant is seen.

Focal area of fat stranding at right upper quadrant adjacent to left subhepatic area is seen which was compatible with maximum tenderness point.
Case Discussion
Omental infarction is a rare cause of acute abdomen resulting from vascular compromise of the greater omentum. This condition has a non-specific clinical presentation and is usually managed conservatively.
