Presentation

Right upper quadrant pain. Rule out cholecystitis. No gallstones or features of acute cholecystitis at ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male

Area of fat stranding inferior to the hepatic flexure, adjacent to small bowel loops and the ascending colon. The colon and small bowel are normal. Gallbladder normal .
