Presentation

Shortness of breath.

x-ray

Lungs are clear. Cardiothymic contour normal. 11 ribs noted. Oval opacity noted in the midline overlying the pelvis. 

Case Discussion

An omphalocoele was diagnosed antenatally and evident clinically. This baby had a confirmed diagnosis of trisomy 21.
