Right side body weak movements

Patient Data

Age: 6 months
Gender: Female

Large CSF-filled cleft surrounded by gray matter along the left fronto-temporo-parietal region which connects to the left lateral ventricle.

Both lateral ventricles are not separable from each other in the midline.

Case Discussion

The features are representing left side open lip schizencephaly along the left fronto-temporo-parietal lobes with evidence of absent septum pellucidum.
