Large CSF-filled cleft surrounded by gray matter along the right frontotemporal region which connects to the right lateral ventricle.
A large CSF-filled cavity is seen in the posterior fossa it is measured 2.7 cm in the sagittal plane representing a normal variant known as cisterna magna.
Case Discussion
Features are of open lip schizencephaly.
