Fusiform enlargement of intraorbital segment of right optic nerve is seen with possible involvement of intracanalicular segment. Postcontrast study shows homogeneous enhancement.
Case Discussion
Findings are typical of an optic nerve glioma. No other intracranial lesion is seen.
