Orbital apex tumour

This patient had advanced oropharyngeal tumour with local resection: he returned for a surveillance scan.

Patient Data

Age: Adult

Intracranial appearances were normal. However, a soft tissue mass at the right orbital apex was later confirmed as an orbital apex tumour metastasis.
