Compression fracture of medial wall of left orbit with entrapment of medial rectus muscle.
Case Discussion
Medial blow-out fractures are the second most common type after the inferior type, indenting the lamina papyracea medially. Orbital fat commonly prolapses into the newly-formed bony concavity and the medial rectus muscle is at risk of entrapment, as has occured in this case.
