Info

Minimally displaced blow-out fracture in left orbital floor and eyelids and postseptal emphysema and hemorrhage within the maxillary sinus antrum.
Case Discussion
The eyelids and orbital emphysema are not always correlated well with the severity of bone displacement in orbital blow-out fractures. Orbital emphysema is one of the indications for surgical repair of the fracture.
