Fracture of the floor and medial wall of the right orbit. Air-fluid level at the right maxillary sinus. Evident increase in right periocular soft tissue. No impingement is observed of the ocular muscles.
Case Discussion
This fracture occurs by increasing the pressure of the orbital cavity.
