Well-circumscribed left orbital ovoid soft tissue mass of medial extraconal location displacing the medial rectus muscle, optic nerve and the globe laterally with proptosis grade I. It displays an isosignal to the cortical grey matter on T1, T2 and FLAIR with foci of calcifications of low signal. The postcontrast sequences demonstrate a progressive and relatively homogeneous enhancement of the non-calcified component.
