Well-defined lobulated intraconal lesion in left orbital cavity, appearing heterogeneously hyperintense on T1W and T2W images and showing heterogenous enhancement on T1W fat-sat post-contrast images.
This lesion is in the superomedial aspect, molded around the optic nerve, and causes mild regional mass effect, splaying adjacent extraocular muscles.
Case Discussion
Intraconal enhancing orbital lesion, suggestive of orbital cavernous hemangioma.
