Presentation

Painless swelling at the superolateral aspect of the left oribit.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
mri

Small well-defined fat-containing lesion at the superolateral aspect of the left orbit within the lacrimal fossa. It displays a high signal intensity on T1, T2 and FLAIR, attenuated on fat-suppressed sequences. It displaces the ocular globe and lateral rectus muscle medially.
