Patient Data
Age: 35
Gender: Female
From the case:

Well defined cystic mass (HU of 6) in the upper left orbit with a minimally enhancing wall but no internal enhancement. It causeS pressure erosion to the orbital roof but sits outside the muscle cone and causes no distortion to the globe.

Well-defined cystic extraconal mass in the upper left orbit showing T1 hypointensity and mixed T2 hypo and hyperintensity in keeping with proteinaceous/keratin material and fluid. It is separate and medial to the lacrimal gland.
