Left orbital floor and medial wall blowout fracture with entrapment of orbital fat, inferior rectus muscle and inferior oblique muscle sheaths. Hemorrhage within the left ethmoid and maxillary sinuses is seen. Note the exodeviation of the left eye.
Case Discussion
Inferior oblique muscle sheath entrapment within the orbital floor blow-out fracture gap is uncommonly seen but is one of the major indications of surgical repair of the fracture.
