Facial trauma and the left eye upward gaze limitation.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Left orbital floor blow-out fracture with fat and inferior rectus muscle herniation within the fracture gap, left eyelids emphysema, nasal wall fractures, and minimally displaced fracture in the left orbital floor are seen.
