Presentation
Facial trauma, right orbital pain, and suddenly decreased visual acuity of the right eye.
Patient Data









The right eye complete rupture with vitreous haemorrhage and herniation of the ruptured eye and orbital fat within the orbital floor blow-out fracture gap are seen. A haemorrhage in the right maxillary sinus is seen. Swelling of the right side inferior oblique muscle and nasally displaced inferior rectus muscle are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe rupture and the herniation of the ruptured eye within the orbital floor blow-out fracture gap which is a rare occurrence.
