Right orbit floor blow-out fracture and entrapped inferior oblique muscle tendon, inferior rectus muscle, and orbital fat within the fracture gap. The fracture location is on the infraorbital canal. The retrobulbar segment of the right side optic nerve sheath complex is also relatively widened which can be small sheath haemorrhage.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the entrapped inferior oblique muscle tendon within the left orbital floor blow-out fracture gap and the fracture location exactly on the infraorbital canal which are uncommon findings. Remarkable orbital fat and inferior rectus muscle entrapment is also noted.
