Presentation

History of right eye eviscerated two months ago after injuring at an explosion.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
CT

Right orbital post evisceration status.
Large nail located vertically in the right orbital cavity. No significant destruction of the bony orbital wall.
The nail is not reaching the bony orbital apex nor to the cranial fossa.
