Facial trauma and limitation in the abduction of the right eye with orbital pain.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Right orbital medial wall blow-out fracture and considerably herniated orbital fat and medial rectus muscle within the fracture gap are seen. A hemorrhage in the related ethmoid air cells is seen.
