Orbital metastasis of breast cancer

There is abnormal enhancement of the retrobulbar fat and extraocular muscles of right orbit and preseptal soft tissue of both globes, that elicit T1-WI low signal intensity and T2-WI intermediate signal intensity.
Case Discussion
This patient has a history of breast cancer. Breast carcinoma is the most common primary cancer to cause metastases to orbits.
