Presentation

Back pain and left orbital swelling in a known case of multiple myeloma.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

MRI demonstrating diffuse heterogeneity of lumbar spine with enhancement and pathologic fracture of L3 vertebral body.

There is an extraconal homogeneous and lobulated mass in superolateral aspect of left orbit with mass effect on the globe that shows enhancement and intracranial extension and adjacent meningeal and preseptal soft tissue enhancement.
