Case Discussion

Orbital pseudotumor is an idiopathic inflammatory process that most commonly affects the extraocular muscles and less likely involves the uveascleralacrimal gland, and retrobulbar soft tissue.

In our case, the patient's clinical presentation and imaging findings were enough to raise the possibility of idiopathic orbital inflammation. The patient began treatment with oral corticosteroids and showed a good response both clinically and radiologically.
