Presentation

7 week history of soft tissue swelling above right eyelid - increasing in size and partially covering inner aspect of eye.

Patient Data

Age: 4 years
Gender: Male
mri

Soft tissue mass at upper / outer orbit; predominantly pre-septal. Avid enhancement post contrast.

Case Discussion

The lesion was confirmed as embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma at biopsy.

Chest CT and bone scan were clear.
