The MRI sequences demonstrate a right orbital mass of extraconal location in the lower inner quadrant, inseparable from inferior rectus muscle, deforming the inferomedial aspect of the globe which is displaced superiorly, and infiltrating the lower eyelid. It displays an intermediate signal on T1WI, high signal on T2WI with intense and heterogeneous enhancement and central necrosis. Restricted diffusion is noted on DWI/ADC.
Case Discussion
