Left orbital lateral wall painless swelling for a long time

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

An expansile bony lesion with typical ground glass appearance involving the left frontal bone and the roof of the left orbit. No adjacent infiltrative or inflammatory changes. No soft tissue extension/involvement. 

Case Discussion

Craniofacial fibrous dysplasia frequently affects young adults and presents as painless swelling of the region causing cosmetic problem.
