Presentation

Indian/Pakistani background. Obstructive jaundice. Prior USG revealed marked biliary dilatation with sludge and calculi in biliary tree. No cholelithiasis.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
mri

Multiple calculi are seen in common bile duct, common hepatic duct and intrahepatic biliary radicals studded in liver. No cholelithiasis.

Case Discussion

In absence of cholelithiasis or common bile duct stricture, numerous intrahepatic calculi and dilated biliary tree, suggest diagnosis of oriental cholangiohepatitis
